Do you have more than $10,000 in tax debt?
We are here to help.
Getting behind on your taxes can create immense anxiety and stress. Navigating the complexities of tax debt alone can be a time-consuming nightmare, often leading to a worse outcome. That’s why I’m here to stand between you and the IRS (or state tax authorities), advocating for the best possible resolution for your unique situation.
You can relax knowing your tax issues are being resolved by an experienced Enrolled Agent (EA). My unique expertise comes from being trained by a CPA turned Attorney with 25 years of experience resolving tax issues with the IRS. This invaluable mentorship taught me to analyze your tax situation with the strategic insight of an attorney, rather than just the perspective of a tax preparer.
I am highly familiar with the IRS Internal Revenue Manual (IRM) and relevant tax laws. While no one knows everything, I excel at diligently finding and applying the precise answers needed for your case.
In addition to resolving federal tax issues, I can also help with state tax issues. Every state has a different set of rules and nuances, and I am passionate and skilled at finding the best possible solution for your specific state tax challenges.
If you owe tax debt to the IRS or a State, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I am here to help you achieve tax freedom.

Why Choose an Enrolled Agent for Your Tax Resolution Needs?
Enrolled Agents (EAs) are the only federally licensed tax practitioners with unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before all administrative levels of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), including audits, collections, and appeals.
To earn this designation, all Enrolled Agents must pass three comprehensive exams administered by the IRS and must also update their skills annually through rigorous continuing education.
While many Enrolled Agents primarily focus on tax preparation, I specialize in tax collections and appeals. This specialization, combined with my unique training, means I am deeply familiar with the nuances of tax resolution strategies.
It’s important to know that while CPAs and attorneys may also practice before the IRS, their primary licensing and regulation are at the state level. All individuals who represent clients before the IRS, including EAs, CPAs, and attorneys, must strictly adhere to the ethical rules outlined in United States Treasury Department Circular 230: Regulations Governing Practice Before the Internal Revenue Service. Any violation of these rules can result in sanctions and disciplinary action, including losing the privilege to represent taxpayers before the IRS.
