My professional journey has equipped me with a unique blend of expertise and empathy. Early experiences in diverse fields, from a defense contractor to roles requiring profound resilience and meticulous attention to detail, instilled in me the core values I bring to every client interaction.

My true calling emerged when I discovered a passion for tax law. This led me to H&R Block, where my aptitude for problem-solving quickly led me to manage a store and dramatically reduce customer service complaints by an impressive 98% in my first year. I then honed my auditing and compliance skills at The Tax Firm, LLC, where I was entrusted with designing and implementing a system to audit preparer work—a crucial role in ensuring accuracy and integrity for clients.

It was during this time that I was repeatedly encouraged to become an Enrolled Agent. Embracing this challenge, I earned my Enrolled Agent (EA) designation, a federal license that empowers me to represent taxpayers directly before the IRS, regardless of their location. To further deepen my expertise in tax resolution, I sought a unique opportunity to work with a seasoned attorney who had spent 25 years in the “Troubled Taxpayer Unit” of a prominent law firm. This invaluable experience allowed me to rapidly shorten the learning curve in assisting clients to resolve complex tax debt issues across a wide range of scenarios.
